Persons who are 20 years old or older with severe mental retardation are paid a non-contributory invalid's pension, First Class Basic Disability Pension.
1-2. Second Class Basic Disability Pension
Persons who are 20 years old or older with moderate mental retardation are paid a non-contributory invalid's pension, Second Class Basic Disability Pension.
1-3. Special Disability Allowance
Persons who are 20 years old or older with profound mental retardation in need of permanent attendent care are provided with a Special Disability Allowance in addition to the First Class Basic Disability Pension.
1-4. First Class Special Child Rearing Allowance
Children under the age of 20 with severe mental retardation are provided with a First Class Special Child Rearing Allowance
1-5. Second Class Special Child Rearing Allowance
Children under the age of 20 with severe mental retardation are provided with a Second Class Special Child Rearing Allowance
1-6. Disabled Child Welfare Allowance
Children under the age of 20 with profound mental retardation in need of permanent attendent care are provided with a Disabled Child Welfare Allowance in addition to the First Class Special Child Rearing Allowance
